Hello everyone! I had a good day at work, catching up with attaching my documents onto the computer, up to today’s letters, and doing two referral letters. I enjoyed my work. It is now good to be home relaxing with my beloved after enjoying delicious baked chicken fillet with peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
This is the day that the Lord has made and I rejoice and am glad in it.
Yesterday, Malcolm and I went to the local shops in the early evening before I went to church. On our return Malcolm noticed that there was a car parked across our driveway. I turned towards our home and I went ‘OOOh!’ and threw my arms in the air, as three people I knew were standing there! It was my sister Fran, her son Matthew and her husband Dave! They roared with laughter at my shocked reaction! I even had wondered if Fran would be popping in to see us, as she had been to see Beth and Cathy’s new homes, and of course Cathy is only four doors away from us, but I still got a shock!! I am hopeless, as I so easily get a shock! At work today I jumped a mile when the alarm rang for its weekly test!!
Despite my "shocking" behaviour, I still rejoice and am glad in this day the Lord has made!
