A relaxing day

Hello everyone!  Today I have enjoyed my day off.  I relaxed in bed later this morning and enjoyed my beloved’s company, as he was alert early this morning, when he is usually sound asleep.  I had a mammogram this morning and I will know in two weeks about the result.  I then did a couple of jobs in town, before returning to my beloved.  I had my leaflets to deliver for the Liberal Democrats and I had completed that by half past one.

I was about to prepare salads for Beth and me for lunch, when Malcolm noticed that there was a message on the answer machine.  Hilary cannot meet me tonight as her husband Les, has a chest infection on top of his asthma and needs her care.   Malcolm then made delicious ham and bacon pasta for us all; Beth found it lovely after working from 5am!  It was lovely to see Beth and have a chat.  She seemed in good form and is now starting to meet people with Christian Connect.  She meets a young man tomorrow evening in Thirsk, so I am glad she is exploring a new relationship.  This is the day that the Lord has made and I rejoice and am glad in it.

    Hello Renuka
I am glad we make you feel happy to read our words.  I am so fortunate to be so happy now in my life with Malcolm, enjoy my job and have a good relationship with my two daughters; I like to remind myself of all my blessings.  Thanks for your comments.
